Jelena, has been helping clients improve their health and well-being through massage therapy for over 25 years. She began her studies in Myomassology in 1999 and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2004.

Jelena specializes in Swedish massage, myofascial release, and therapeutic massage treatments designed to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from injuries. She works with clients experiencing chronic pain, stress-related tension, postural imbalances, muscle tightness, and daily aches and discomfort.

With extensive experience and professional skill, Jelena provides personalized, client-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs. Her goal is to help clients move better, feel better, reduce pain, and support their overall health and wellness.
